Refurbishment
The leased area of Unanderra Hotel was acquired back from TAB and converted into a newly formed sports bar and dining area catering for the increased demand for more space in the pub. A staged programme was developed to manage the integration of the previously disconnected space to become part of the pub with direct access from the existing bar/bistro area.
