Matt played a vital role in leading our Rosetta Sydney project.
Initially, he was a liaison between us and the landlord and managed the design, approvals, and tender phase. Later, he assisted us by overseeing the construction phase and ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team post-completion.
Thanks to his contribution, we successfully opened a beautiful restaurant that offers a premium experience to our customers.
Working with Matt on this project was a great experience, and I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with him again in future restaurant ventures.

Our story
Qualis Consulting was formed after 20 years working as a construction consultant and in-house project manager in the hospitality industry.
Matt’s love of hospitality and his desire to focus on this particular skill set has resulted in the formation of Qualis Consulting.
Matt comes from a consultancy background and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
After ten years of working with various restaurant groups in London and around the UK, Matt moved to Sydney in 2014 and has worked for The Keystone Group, Rockpool Dining Group, and Redcape Hotel Group before forming Qualis.
