Refurbishment of Heritage listed building
The old bank building in the centre of Adelaide became the third Australian Jamie’s Italian following the hugely successful openings in Sydney and Perth. With a need to respect and retain many features of the original building, the design had to accommodate these physical elements, such as the bank vault bars in the customer toilets!
