Refurbishment
This project had several challenges related to construction and landlord coordination. Structural changes had to be made to the building before the fit-out works could commence. Additionally, existing building management systems needed to be integrated to ensure that the Grosvenor Place tower continued to function smoothly during the construction works.
The end result was Neil Perry’s second premium Italian restaurant, which followed the success of his first restaurant in Melbourne.
